These terms explain the basics of using Vice District RP. They sit alongside the current rules, staff guidance, and the terms of services we link to.

Taking part

By using Vice District RP, its website, or official community spaces, you agree to follow the published rules and reasonable staff direction. Access is a privilege, not a guarantee, and may be limited or removed when needed to protect the community or the service.

Your conduct and content

Keep interactions respectful and lawful. Do not use cheats, exploits, stolen material, or content that infringes someone else's rights. You remain responsible for the content you create or share in community spaces.

Community services

Vice District relies on third-party services such as FiveM, Discord, hosting providers, and Tebex. Their availability, rules, and privacy practices are separate from ours. We may change, pause, or retire community features when it is reasonable to do so.

Optional purchases

Any store purchase is optional and is not required to access the community. Store-specific terms, delivery details, and refund information are available on the Store & refunds page and at Tebex checkout.

Legal limits

To the extent permitted by law, Vice District is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of community services. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Read the disclaimer for more detail.
