Optional digital goods

Store packages are optional digital benefits for Vice District RP. They are not required to join or play. A package does not give ownership of the server, its intellectual property, or any guaranteed real-world value.

Checkout and delivery

Checkout is provided by Tebex. The seller, price, taxes where applicable, delivery details, and buyer-facing terms presented at Tebex checkout apply to a purchase. Keep your Tebex receipt and ensure the correct account details are used before completing checkout.

Refunds and technical issues

Refund eligibility follows the refund policy presented at Tebex checkout and any rights required by applicable law. Digital goods may be delivered immediately, which can affect cancellation or withdrawal rights. If a package is not delivered or a technical issue prevents access, use the support route in your Tebex receipt and provide the transaction details.

Changes to packages

We may update, replace, suspend, or remove packages when needed for balance, security, legal compliance, or the health of the community. We will not deliberately misrepresent a package, and material changes will be communicated through official channels where practical.

Chargebacks and misuse

Do not make a purchase using unauthorised payment details or attempt to obtain a benefit through fraud. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or misuse may result in a package being suspended while Tebex or the relevant payment provider reviews the matter.
