Website information

The public site does not offer visitor accounts. Our host and web server may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, and timestamps, for security, troubleshooting, and service operation.

Admin and store cookies

The Control Room uses an HTTP-only session cookie for authorised staff. The optional Tebex storefront uses an HTTP-only basket cookie so a visitor can continue to checkout. These are functional cookies, not advertising trackers.

Checkout and external services

Payments are completed through Tebex checkout. Payment and checkout information is handled under the terms and privacy notices shown by Tebex at checkout. Discord, FiveM, and other linked services are governed by their own policies when you leave this site.

How we use information

We use the limited information available to operate, secure, and improve the site; prevent misuse; and support purchases or staff access where applicable. We do not sell visitor information.
